stationary bike or treadmil while pregnant?

  • Both. I did both while pregnant but did over do it. Just keep it light exercise

  • Treadmill. I think the pressure that the seat of the stationary bike might put a lot of pressure on your pelvic region and smush things up. Maybe pinch some nerves and such. Just seems to me like a treadmill would help get things loosened up.

  • Be sure your treadmill has good grips, and be careful. As your center of gravity changes during the growth of your pregnancy, it can be easy to lose balance. You want to be sure you and safe and steady. :-D

  • I do Nia class 2 x a week and I'm 26 wks pregnant, I dont see why a treadmill or stationary bike would be bad
