  • Since you've already lost a lot of weight (and congratulations) just keep on doing what you've been doing. It will continue to work.

  • Who is amanda? Who cares if your bi-sexual, and what does that have to do with anything? And cut out sodas and juice and drink water with lemon and that will cut your daily calories more than you realize.

  • Congratulations on your progress!! You're doing what you need to do. Just keep at it. It's going to take time to lose the weight, it's not an over night deal. If you find that you have plateaued on the weight loss you will need to double your exercise efforts. Please keep in mind that the goal is to live a healthier lifestyle, not to just drop the weight. Doing so is a wonderful side effect.

Are you keeping a food log? Consuming more fresh vegetables and fruits? Drinking more water? Being more active? Watch those calories vs. your activity levels. Just keep working in it. You're doing great!

  • Congratulations, you've already done a great job. You didn't say how tall you are, maybe you're close to your ideal weight, which makes it harder to lose. Just stick with it, and do it for YOURSELF, not anyone else.
