help with a toddlers birthday party

ok so my sons birthday is the end of jan. He is turning 2. I have no idea what im going to do except for trains since he loves them. Any idea on games that kids can play or any cool ideas for a train party. Im hate thomas the train so im sticking with either a plain train or maybe chuggington (from the disney channel) please help!!

  • Just because you hate Thomas doesnt mean your should should be taken from it. Its about your son not you.
    I say find any little train thing you can find. Maybe try to find a conductors hat for him to wear on his birthday. Get a cake with trains on it. Walmart sales these trains whistles.

  • oh my son doesnt like thomas either it freaks him out lol. But thanks for the advice i didnt think of looking for a hat.

  • You could play pin the caboose on the train (pin the tail on the donkey) blind fold the older kids and just let the little one try and follow the directions without being blind folded. Everyone wins a small prize!

  • maybe some cars from places like joann's to decorate, play pin the train in the train depot, cookies with trains and have the kids decorate with the markers safe to decorate with, hide some trains around the birthday area and have a treasure hunt and the one that finds the most they get to take one home, printable coloring sheets, train decoratins, and also can check family fun magazine web site
