What goes with Ham dinner

I am making Ham for Christmas dinner and am having problems coming up with side dishes

So far I figured Ham, deviled eggs, and rolls

I want to do potatoes but which goes best with ham? Any other good ideas would be greatly appreciated

  • when we have ham we have stuffing, cranberry sauce, pts, sweet pts, rolls, vegs, sometimes mac and cheese, pineapple rings, a veg tray, even a fruit salad would go with it.

  • Scalloped potatoes go very good with ham and they are very easy to make too. If you don't know how to make from scratch, you can buy a box mix(or buy a couple if there is going to be a large group) and make them that way. They are what my family usually has with their Ham on Christmas!

  • Fried Potatoes, Mashed Potatoes, or Seasoned Potatoes.
Stirfry Veggies, Steamed Veggies, or Sauteed Veggies.
Baked Mac and Cheese, Homemade or Semi-Homemade.
    Cranberry Sauce.
    Three Bean Casarole.

As for the gravy you can go to, for recipes. Or you can buy premade Gravy at your grocery store.

  • Cheesy hashbrown casserole is typical with ham for us - hashbrowns (shredded or chunked, both work), whatever orange or orange/white cheese combo you like, cream of whatever soup, sour cream, onion/salt/pepper, mix it all up, bake for an hour or so or put in the crock pot for a few hours, top with crunched corn flakes & melted butter (optional).
