Is that allowed?

  • Yes, make your picket sign and join in the strike! Here we are having leftovers because I have a meeting tonight and I don't want to cook either. If we didn't have the leftovers it would be Chinese takeout for us.

  • We call it self night, and the kids can do something simple for themselves. Options include sandwiches, soup, microwaved eggs, cereal (including hot like oatmeal), toaster waffles, leftovers, bean and cheese burritos...The rules are that they have to have their older sister or one of us nearby to make sure they are safe, they can't use the stove on these nights, and they must clean up their messes, or they will lose the privilege.
