NIGHT SICKNESS REMIDEYS

OK I HAVE NIGHT SICKNESS INSTED OF MORNING SICKNESS ANY MOMS OUT THERE WITH ANY ANSWERS TO HOW I CAN FIX THIS LITTLE PROBLEM

  • Eat several small meals, or healthy snacks instead of a big meal, especially at dinner and try not to eat after that. .

  • Try peppermint tea, this or Coffee Ice Cream were the only things that helped my night sickness. Also like the last post says, eat smaller meals, stay away from things with citrus or acid (tomaotes, spaghetti, lasagna etc) in them as this will just aggrevate your digestive system

  • Don't eat right before bed. Ginger is helpful, whether as tablets or tea. I drank ginger ale and ate saltine crackers a few hours before bed, and it helped. Otherwise, just hang in there.
