hi, i'm in my 4th - 5th month of pregnancy. i under went C session with my first baby last year. my question, what exercise can i do now? is it safe for me to have an exercise? i read that its good to exercise if you're pregnant. it gives benefit for me and the baby. so what exercise can i make? thanks

what exercise? it s my 2nd pregnancy. i had CS on my first. thanks

  • Walking, lifting light weights, swimming, some pregnancy yoga, and some low intensity work out videos are all good!
