"I love you" "thank you"

I sit here and I tell my daughter I love her, she responds with thank you.
I ask "Your not going to say I love you back" She looks at me with a straight face.

Well at lease she has manors......

Kids got to love them.

  • you sure do, she'll tell you she loves you and at least she isn't at the point where she ignores you when you say it.

    Good Luck!

  • Ask her what she thinks love means? Record her response and show it to her when she gets older.

  • Its cute....for now. Personally I'd love to hear an "I love you too". But that may be asking too much at such a young age :-)
