How long is too long for a preggo to run a 100.7 fever?

I am 28 weeks/6 months preggo and it has been about 2 days and a half since I started running fever. I have been drinking plunty of fluids, electrolites and making myself eat at least the amount of two meals a day so it doesn't hurt the baby. So far it hasn't gotten higher than 100.7. the average is a bout 100.4. so far I haven't gone to the er because I am preggo and what could they do that I am already doing. But should I wait it or go to the er? Thanks for any imput.

  • I have to admit that I would not worry about it until it went higher than that.
