Does anyone know a natural remedy for reflux?

  • There are things you can do to reduce it, or help alleivate the symptoms, but I think the only "remedies" are medicianal. I could be wrong. I know nursing helps, keeping baby upright for about 30 min after feedings, elevating the head of the crib, those are often helpful.

  • Agree with Krysta. Keeping hm upright after feeding helped us out. Our son ended up with asphyxia reflux but our pediatrician didn't prescribe anything to give him. Just suggesting the upright position. GL

  • A side note, if you DO decide to go the med route, it worked beautifually for DS, and I know the pain of GERD, I suffer from it myself.
