  • It's what I'm NOT doing that is allowing me to maintain: I am NOT gorging myself on goodies, & I am NOT skipping workouts. In other words, it's business as usual, with the exception of Christmas day, when I will probably splurge a little (food).

  • I started P90X and am now on day 15 or the 90 day program. A very rigourous exercise program but if you stick with it, the results are amazing.
