  • 24 hours in the fridge or freeze it within 24 hours and then it can last a long time

  • Fridge: 24 hrs
    Fridge - freezer: 2-3 mos
    Deep - freezer: 6+ mos

  • 24 hours in the fridge? Sorry to say, but that is horribly wrong. Breast milk is good in the fridge for 6-8 days and 3-4 months in the freezer.

    Keep in mind that fresh (from the fridge) milk is better than frozen.
