Dumbest Question Of My Life: If you send a piece of mail, but it is returned to you as undeliverable.... can you reuse that stamp?

  • Has the stamp been cancelled? If so, then no you can't. If it hasn't been cancelled then yes you can reuse it.

  • it will have their stamps on it you can see them if not its okay to use the stamp again.

  • The sticky stuff on the back of the stamp is really sensitive, in other words it doesnt like to get restuck somewhere else. All the letters go thru a high speed computerized machine, it isnt a human being that catches a reused stamp, believe it or not its a computer.

  • No you can't because they put their stamps over it before they try to deliver it. Unless something was wrong with it before that stage and they caught it early.
