  • Yes it does, sometimes heat can cause it or just age. It will have a different, off smell.

  • Yes it does. It is made with chemicals which eventually strengthens or weakens after time depedong on the formula. Some will create a stink smell.

  • Yes,--- and no... It depends on the quality of the fragrance, I think. I find that the more expensive ones keep a long time and it seems that cream perfumes keep longer too.

  • I don't have a "technical" answer for you. But, from experience - I have found perfume that has gotten shoved around on the shelf that didn't smell as nice as it did when first purchased. It was literally YEARS old! The oils had all turned brown and sticky around the spritzer part.

  • Mine have. I went to put some on the other day actually that I had found in my drawer. It was horrible! lol Its prob 5 years old and I smelled like crap and wanted another shower! LOL

  • I have some that is older than me and I"m old. It smells fine. It belonged to my mother, expensive stuff and still smells great
