Does your family open gifts on Christmas Eve or Christmas Day?

  • Christmas morning, when my kids were young it was very early am, but now it is more like afternoon!

  • My family all gets together at my moms on Xmas Eve. I allow them to open the gifts they receive from the whole fam on Xmas eve. On Xmas day, I make a big breakfast (the smell wakes them up) and let them open everything "santa" brought on Xmas morning :)

  • We exchange gifts with my parents and grandmother on Xmas Eve, and the kids open all their gifts from us on Xmas morning.
