Do you have times when you need to just "kill them with kindness"?

A close person to me has just been just nasty to me the last few days, I am just chalking it up to seasonal stress and trying to "kill them with kindness" like my mother in law use to say. I hope the realize that they are being not so nice and change their tune and I am trying not to let it affect my mood.

  • We tried this with DH's family but we have been married for 17 years now and no amount of kindness will fix that family.

  • Yes. Exactly. :) I have given up is more like it. The flip side is, the other person I am dealing with got what they wished for, and now they are not happy either way. KWIM? LOL
