how do u preserve your cooking herbs? dry then freeze/just freeze? which way preserves flavor better?

  • I have an aerogarden, and I don't use it much anymore, but my first kit was a herb garden, they have an icecube tray for saving your herbs. But I personally just dry froze them. I don't know of any other way to do it, so that's just what I did.

  • It depends on the herbs. Some are best dried, some frozen, and others I chop fresh and freeze in icecubes.
