I'd be cautious about supplements and talk with your doctor or a nutritionist who specializes in prenatal care. The label lists several minerals and fat-soluable vitamins at pretty high dosages which could actually be harmful to a fetus, especially in the first trimester.
For example, Vitamin A exceeding 2600IU totaly daily intake is linked to toxicity in the latest prenatal health books - this amount includes what you get from food sources: fruits, vegetables, meats, dairy, etc.. National Institute for Health (www.nih.org) reports that americans who eat a healthy diet do not need a vitamin A supplement, especially since virtually all our foods are now fortified. Please be cautious and good luck.
