Does this sound healthy to you? I am planning on consuming 1600 calories a day and doing low impact cardio 30 mins daily. I am gonna try to eat more healthy fats like olive oil, avocados, almonds, and tuna fish. The question with that, what is the percentage of fat are you suppose to eat.

Losing weight isn't about the percentage of calories from fat. It's about the calorie intake vs. calories spent by activity. You need fat in your diet to maintain proper functions but the most often quoted numbers are around 25 and 35%. 1600 calories per day sounds about right for low to moderate activity to lose weight. I don't recommend using the USDA food pyramid as a guide for diet or nutrition.
