  • Brunch; Caramel apple french toast casserole, potato and cheese fritatta, sausage, bacon, vegetarian sausage, homemade English muffins, homemade bagels, lox, cinnamon rolls, fresh fruit, coffee, mimosas, bloody marys,

Dinner: standing prime rib roast with white cheddar mashed potatoes, whatever veggies MIL picks out, chocolate torte. probably handmade rolls. (this is at my mil's but I make everything but the roast.

I would invite all of you but my tiny house will probably already be full.

  • Breakfast will be tamales, muffins and fruit....I know they don't go together, but that's what we do.

Then, we don't do an actual sit down meal. I make all of our favorite appetizers and finger foods, plus a ham and rolls, and we just heat it up in batches as people drop in, or as we get hungry.

  • For breakfast we go all out. We have a huge meal. This year it is gonna be a french toast casserole, sausage gravy with biscuits, scrambled eggs and some sort of danish.
Dinner is much more casual probably a ham and mac and cheese and several types of veggies, apple pie and perhaps a pumpkin pie.
