Anyone else dislike breaking in new shoes??

LOL I figured that I may want to break them in a bit before christmas. since im almost 6 months preggo I want to be comfy. Well..... OUCH! my feet hurt. im wearing the thinnest socks I have and at work. I have no nylons (silly me). But Im hoping by Saturday when I put on my nylons they wont hurt as much. They are like slipper shoes, so we will see.

  • Unless they're hiking boots/work boots, If they need more than a teeny bit of breaking in, they didn't fit right and you shouldn't have bought them. That doesn't help you now, but next time you're shoe-shopping...think about it.

  • I only buy shoes that are comfortable to begin with. If they are not, I don't buy them.

  • I hate it, but for a valid reason. I was born with 6 toes on my left foot. They tied off the toe, but left the lower bone. I was supposed to have it taken out when I was 18, but I never did. I just got used to it, and used to walking on it.
But, even with the extra bone, I LOVE wearing heels. Dress shoes actually fit me better than gym shoes for some reason, and I cannot ever wear Nike's - they squeeze my foot too much.
