Mom wants to sue McDonalds: Is McDonald's a marketing expert or should mom learn to say no?

Both?  Veruca from Willie Wonka?  Compromise?  Who really holds the power?

  • Give me a break. Why ruin it for the other kids just because mom cant say no. There is absolutely nothing wrong with these little toys. Its a prize for the child because they r good and ate their meal. Its a treat. If this mom doesnt like it then either go eat somewhere else or get the child something else.

  • Mom needs to get a spine and say NO!!! No one is forcing her to buy those Happy Meals. People need to start taking responsibility for their own actions.

  • Mom needs a parenting class if her child is being ruled more by TV commercials than her own mother.

  • She is the parent, she is the one that's in control. McDonald's and no one else are forcing her to buy their food. All she has to say is no, her kids will survive being told no!

  • It is not McDonald's fault that she does not know how to say no to her children.
