Translation dutch -> english. Who can help?

I've got "Niets hoeft, maar alles mag." on my mind, but I can't seem to find a proper translation that doesn't sound stupid and complicated.
Can you help me?

  • Google translator and babelfish both provide *literal* translation. "Nothing needs, but can everything" <---that's what you get from those, and that just doesn't make sense.
