  • your other route is to try and limit the apples..... put a plate in front of her with a string cheese, some whole wheat crackers, some turkey pepperoni and a few apple slices. she's in a food rut, just find some new faves. also let her see u chop apples up into bits and mix into cottage cheese or something

  • If she is big enough, have her help you make english muffin pizzas, or pigs n blankets, anything she can help with. Have you tried putting apple slices in her grilled cheese sandwich??

  • My kids Love Turkey, string cheese, yogurt, and bagels with cream cheese (their favorite is the fruit cream cheese).
My son would eat nothing but apples if I let him =) I let him have 1 a day and I put peanut butter on's his favorite snack (he's 3).
My 15month old doesn't have enough teeth to chew apples (she only has the 4 front ones), but she loves turkey and cheese, and dry cereal in a bowl.
My son refuses to eat bready foods (pasta, potatoes, bread) he eats mostly fruits and veggies he has always been like this. He is tiny but very healthy. I don't give him juice to drink (because of all the fruit he eats) to give him some fat.

  • Give her small variation of apples such as..... apples cut like fries, then apples cut like fries with cinnamon and nutmeg, then the same and add yogurt dip, then slowly change the yogurt dip to a dip that includes veggies, then find other fruits and veggies which are cut the same way and use the same dip........ keep using variations until she has a whole new set of foods she loves or at least likes
