I usually do cinnamon rolls too! I do them from scratch, so I make the dough Christmas Eve so it can rise overnight. There is nothing better than the smell of fresh coffe & cinnamon rolls while you open presents! We usually have bacon, too. It's a great meal- quick to make, easy, & we're hungry again in time for Christmas dinner.

DH has to work odd hours on Christmas Day so we have a brunch type meal, and it's french toast casserole.
