Making my Christmas morning quiche.....

should I:

1) just leave in the fridge a few days (already cooked) and then reheat it on Christmas

or

2) freeze it (already cooked), put it in the fridge Christmas Eve before bed, and then reheat it Christmas.

  • If it was cooked today I would freeze it and defrost on Christmas Eve.

  • I would freeze it. Three days in the fridge for quiche is pushing it.

  • I would fix it up the night before, but cook it the day of. So much better. YUM! YUM!
