  • Some of the mugs are stamped "1984" (when my parents got them) and were made in W. Germany. I'm looking around to replace the pieces that have broken over the last almost 30 years but it's a difficult find.

  • No, we will be using the China that belonged to a dear family friend. This will be our first holiday without a huge crowd of hubby's family so I can use "real" dishes.

  • NAH,the dishes we eat off of r just fine.Besides after buying x-mas gifts who has the money to go buy new dishes

  • We're just using our regular plain old dishes. I wouldn't mind having some Christmas dishes,but I have nowhere to put them the other 364 days a year. hehe
