I'm just wondering b/c there are a lot of young Moms and I sometimes don't know how to answer their question fully w/o this info. So your answer on this would be nice...

  • I believe in some state you can. In some states 14 or 16 is old enough to decide.

  • it depends on which state u r in.. some states 14 is legal to have sex with in 4 yrs.. others its 16.. The state i live in u have to be 16 in order to have sex. so if u were to get pregnant younger then that the parents have the right to tell u what to do.. i think its wrong bc if the child thinks they r grown enough to have sex and make the baby then they should raise it.. i will always be there for my daughter and son if something like this happens i will be highly upset but ill be there to help

  • No. No one can make anyone have one. When you get pregnant that means you can legally make your own choices when it comes to medical things. So no. And why would a mother or a father for that matter want to put their child through that much pain. It is nothing compared to labor or even surgery it lasts forever.

  • As others have said it depends on the state.

  • NO! Once someone reaches puberty they are the ones who make the decisions about their reproductive rights. No one can make a minor get an abortion. However, in some states a minor does need parental permission to get one.
