  • My DD is Quinn. It is prominently male but I LOVE it as a girls name. There aren't to many and I always get compliments on her name.

  • I used babynamegenie.com to find some interesting names and it uses your last name with it. Give it a try!

  • Is he shooting them down because he wants something more mainstream?

How about taking the letters of your names and coming up with something?

  • Work with all ur family names combining and using in first vs middle and see if he will agree to any that way. My husband and I had the same problem but funny thing was as soon as we named our kids then the name seemed to pop up everywhere. So just keep trying until you have 3 or 4 combos you like and that no one is saying "ooooohhhh ok" when u tell them. Sometimes thinking of an unusual name also causes ur kids to go thru life with people laughing at them and hateing their name. Just my thoughts! Good luck. btw I heard the name Riot the other day. Not too bad !
