Stomach pouch

I keep hearing that you can't work specific areas. I really want to lose my stomach pouch. Anyone know good exercises for that?

  • Abs exercises but if there is a real pouch then only a tummy tuck will help

  • Like you said, you can't spot-lose. All you can do is eat right and exercise. It's fat that causes that, so you need to look at what you're eating, do cardio and lift weights.

  • Planks, sit-ups (where your elbows meet your opposite knee), Cardio but when you run or do anything cardio you have to make sure you keep a good form with your back straight and head held up. Hula hooping also helps with the ab area.

  • Yes 2% milk products at least 3 times a day a lot of water and walk briskly one to two miles a day with you stumach sucked in and it will work.
