Trouble Sleeping?

What do you do if you have trouble going to sleep?
Or staying asleep?
Any tricks?

  • If I wake during the night I sometimes have a lot of trouble getting back to sleep. I will get up for about 1/2 hour so I'm not tossing and turning. That is enough sometimes but I also might sit and have a cup of chamomile tea. Found that very helpful. And also just having a cup of milk is helpful. GL

  • read, reading always knocks me out but sometimes i want to avoid sleep because i dont want to stop thinking about things or doing things, my little sister just recently passed away, so i am having a hard time going to sleep because that means i have to stop thinking about her

  • Also meant to say that to get to sleep it helps to have a set bed time routine. And do it every night. I've seen that recommended by several doctors on a few TV shows. It really helps.
