deer ribs?

Please ladies, I need help cooking these deer ribs I have no idea what to do with them. lol, help me please!

  • Boil them with chicken boulon(sp) for about a half hour
    then smother them in BBQ (sweet Baby ray's is our fave unless we make our own) and cook at 350 for 1 to 2 hours

  • Dry rub them and pan roast them in a 300 degree oven for 2-3 hours. Then slather with a high acid sauce and roast them for another hour.

  • That's one part we don't eat. DH cuts out what little meat there is and puts it in the infamous trimmings bag that goes to the butcher to be made into jerky. GL and post how they turn out!

  • If you can get your hands on some spiedies sauce, just marinate the ribs overnight and grill. It's good for beef, venison and even pork roasts.

  • they are still very lean- braise them then top with a BBQ type sauce ( teriyaki is really good0 they don't have much meat on them but the make a  soup, broth or Glace d'Viande for sauces!

  • crock pot with bbq sauce and some onions..add a bit of broth to thin out the sauce a bit.. let sit for the rest of the day.
