  • I'm in GA and miraculously, it looks like we may get some flurries in the afternoon on Christmas day. That would be's a very rare event here!

  • It is supposed to snow Christmas Day. So not during present opening but later in the day it will be white.

  • We have snow on the ground, so it will be white :) The roads are clear, and we're not expecting any more snow. Perfect, IMO!

  • The meteorologist said this morning that there is a 60% chance so we are hopeful!

Answer by Queenofscrap at 10:25 AM on Dec. 24, 2010

  • In Upstate SC, they were predicting a 30% chance of snow today and 50% chance tomorrow. Then it went to just tomorrow, with possible accumulation up to 3-4 inches. Now they're saying we might get some flurries, but accumulation isn't likely.

Generally, when they predict something like this, it doesn't happen. I'm not getting my hopes up. :(

  • Yep. We have feet of snow from past snowfalls/blizzards and it's snowing more today/tonight. I'm 30 years old and we have never NOT had a white Christmas in my lifetime.
