  • You have no tylenol or motrin? Can you call a friend, neighbor or family to bring you some?

  • Extra strength Tylenol and a heating pad. If you dont have a heating pad you can warm a towel in the micro.

  • My doctor always gave me a prescription for 500mg of ibuprofen. Hmmm... No medicine... Maybe something like tea might help, not sure. The hospital also always gave me a first aid spray that made everything feel better and tucks pads helped some too.

  • Witch Hazel dabbed on after a warm bath will help any tearing or stretching...

The bath should help cramping. otherwise just a heating pad.. I'd be calling people to try to get some tylenol and ibuprofen!

  • A hot bath or hot pad should help. I took mortin in the hospital for painful cramping and it helped. You don't have any type of pain reliever at home? Congrats on your new baby!

  • If you don't have a heating pad handy, dry rice warmed in a clean sock in the microwave works well too. Like everyone else said just afew ibu work wonders.
