how long does it take salt to raise blood presure ? adult content

i keep getting low blood pressure this is going on 3 months now,
it gets as low as 87/47 at night that is the extreme lowest its gotten .
i feel terrible weak, cant think straight, dizzy.
i am eating and drinking enough'
before anyone asks have been to my family doctor more then once, and he doesnt know why its happening.. and i've been to the ers
everyone plays it off
i am frustrated to say the least that they arent looking into it more
ive been putting salt on everything because i was told it could help but i think i may be over doing it,how long does it take for salt to take affect? any suggestions on how i can get someone to take it more seriously?

i am 5'4 22o one would think with my weight itd be high not low.
before this all, it always was normal or high normal



the hormone aldosterone was checked, that is one that regulates blood pressure

it came back as only 1. it was taken at 10:50am

my doctor said it was low but doesnt know how to treat it?

  • Ask to speak with an internist. It could be a kidney issue, like an underproduction of hormones that raise your BP. Don't keep adding salt-that can just complicate things.

  • Pls don't take this wrong; but umm your Dr doesn't know how to treat an issue you have and doesn't seem concerned about it? WTF??

    Girl you need a new Dr STAT! Like Monday start making some calls...

    If I were you I'd do a lot of 'googling' get a list of questions together and find a Dr that will listen to you - Good Luck
