How can I go to sleep?

What do you do to fall asleep (other than meds I'm allergic to sleeping pills) Thanks.

  • I like to take a warm relaxing bath with soft music. By the time I get out of the bath I am ready for sleep.

  • Avon has a new bubble bath type stuff for nighttime. I love it. Chammomile is a natural sedative, try a warm cup of it.

  • I think about the most boring thing I can remember. Sometimes, it's a class from college, while other times it's sitting in the doctor's waiting room. I'm usually asleep w/in 10 minutes.
