How can I get back to breathing normal?

I want to start jogging but sometimes I feel I have to take it slow and I do but I can not hang in there for long like I used to...ugh! is there a way to do this other than running out of breath and start to breathe

  • You could run a cetain amount and walk a certain amount and run again for a certain amount and walk, I think you get the idea. Make a goal for yourself. When I started running again after my girls I had such a hard time getting back to running like I used to. Give your body time to get used to it again. You'll get there :)

  • The only way to improve your run/jog is to keep with it. You're stamina will increase and your breathing will improve.
