On the 30 day shed "Jillian Michaels" did you do all 3 levels one after another or did one level one day and then the others another day?

What worked for you?
I bought the DVD but haven't started yet until the holidays are over if you know what I mean.

  • This DVD is ridiculous. 13 minutes into it i gave up, and 3 days later i was still complaining that my legs hurt! I havent done it again! Im scared! lol good luck!

  • the previous post made me laugh! LOL Be sureto not start too hard oryou will giveup.I am starting again too and notsure what dvd to go with. I may just start at the gym!
