stuffy

My daughter gets very frequent stuffy noses. The congestion makes her appetite low and makes it harder for her to breathe. She coughs alot. Is it allergies?

  • I am not sure if it is allergies, but the best thing is to use saline drops. Put them in her nose and wait a couple minutes. Then suck her nose out with a bulb syringe. She will feel a lot better.

  • You may want to talk to your doctor to find out what's going on. My daughter kinda has the same thing going on but her appetite isn't low and when I use the squezzy thing it helps her to breath better but talk to your doc to make sure it isn't RSV.
