  • I have paid for private personal trainer sessions at our gym. They were kind of expensive, but definitely helped me to learn how to use the equipment, and what I should do to get the most out of a work out. My sessions were about $60 per hour.

  • I had one froma gym I paid for, didnt like him or the next or the next, so I told them to not send over another or I would just quit membership, they all focused on what they thought I should do because of my diabetes, I am not a diabetic number, I am a real person that happens to have diabetes and I am not going to spend all day doing just certain things for cardio., I did way better on my own.

  • I had a free one once when I joined a gym and it was good that they showed me around the gym and how to use certain equipment so I felt more comfortable using them on my own the next time I went in.
