  • 100% of the time, absolutely. I require any passengers to use theirs, too.

  • I didn't use to because I had a friend whos car went off a bridge and he drowned because he panicked and couldn't get his seat belt off the police said if he wasn't wearing his seat belt he would probebly be alive. I was only a teenager at the time of his death and so was he. But thanks to the police officer who gave me the ticket for not wearing one who said to me that it would be 1 in a million chance that i would go off a bridge but 1 in 100 chance i could get hit by a drunk driver or lose control of my car and be thrown out of it. so now i wear my seat belt every time i get into a car whether I am driving or riding. I owe alot to the police officer who made me mad for giving me the ticket, lol but may have saved my life many times over for taking the time to explain things to a smart alec young adult who thought she knew so much but didn't know anything at all.
