Any ideas on weight loss?

I had a baby almost 8 months ago and I'm having such a hard time getting the baby weight off, any ideas on after baby diets?!!?

  • I am pregnant now. I have cut pop out completely besides going out here and there and actually lost 5 pounds. (but really I didn't meant to lose weight being pregnant, but I wanted to stop my intake of caf. and thats what it did) Im getting Wii fit hopefully after the baby is born this spring.

  • Thanks I'll definitely try that! :) I normally only drink diet but lately I have been drinking evvvverything ugh!

  • Iam cutting out the salt out of my diet ive been a salt user for years and iam kicking the habbit and then the pop will be stop on new years eve or new years day
