  • drink lots and lots of water. eat foods with little to no sodium, and keep your feet up if your feet are swollen too. other than that not much, swelling of the hands and feet are normal in pregnancy.

  • Are your hands all that are swollen? Do you have headaches? Go to the drug store and take your blood pressure if you don't have a machine at home. You normally retain water during pregnancy but that sounds severe. IF your blood pressure is high then call the Dr. They will want you to come in.It might be pre eclampsia.

  • Either you injured yourself or you're retaining a ton of water. You'll need to find out the cause before you can treat it.

  • Drink plenty of water. Try taking a warm bath and soak your hands in the water. Might help. Helps with my feet. Only 3 weeks to go :) Congratulations!

  • This happened to me too. Drink plenty of water and avoid salt like the plague.
