If it says that from 2-11 yrs old than it can do more harm than help if you give it to a younger baby. It must be too strong for their tummy or something else. If you would like to get a good pain killer and fever reliever than check out these two. These are suitable for babies. http://www.google.com/products/catalog?client=ubuntu&channel=fs&oe=utf-8&q=Nurofen&um=1&ie=UTF-8&cid=13947064538292010423&ei=MNMYTemiLYq5hAf_hvyjAw&sa=X&oi=product_catalog_result&ct=result&resnum=5&ved=0CDoQ8wIwBA#

And here is the other one: http://www.calpol.co.uk/ http://www.calpol.co.uk/
Be careful with the medicines what you give to your baby. They can do more demage than help. I hope she will get better soon. Hugs.
