how to keep hydrated during stomach virus?

i can't eat or drink anything at all without having diarrhea within 5 minutes, even water. i feel very dehydrated. any suggestions?

  • 7 up, if you have the stomach flu water will come up every time you drink it.

  • small sips of pedialyte. not enough to quench your thirst.. just little sips.
    you might be able to keep it down better.

  • just had my little girl to the Dr for the stomach virus, he told us to get amodium and G2 gatorade, because it is sugar free or pedialyte

  • gatorade, frozen pop slicies, chewing gum, peppermint hard candy. gingersnaps is the new thing I give my girls and help with the upset stomach.

  • go VERY light on sugar... it makes diarrhea worse!!! If you drink gatorade cut in in half with water!!!!!
