It is true that during pregnancy the cervix moves high up in the vaginal cannel as a means of protection from injury and bacteria during pregnancy.
However, unless you chart your cervical position every single month after ovualtion and know exactly what it does everys single month there is no way to know whether or not this is a pregnancy sign for you.
