Eating Oysters While Pregnant

I know you cant have raw oysters when your pregnant, but would it be okay to eat fried or baked oysters during your pregnancy?

  • Thank you so much, I will have to ask my ob how many i can have when I go Wednesday, but I love them and there is no way I could go a while 9 months without them.

  • lol You may love them today but a few weeks from now the thought of them may make you sick. I'm pretty sure as long as they are not raw they are ok to eat.

  • I used to hate them, but then we did Christmas at my Great-Grandma's, and one of our traditions is fried oysters, and out of nowhere I just wanted them, and i ended up eating like 20'something
