  • b4 and i don't drink coffee,i try to brush after i eat ,yup 3 times a day.the plaque on your teeth is the same plaque that builds and causes heart attacks. The thick white goo on your teeth in the morning. The hard plaque that forms behind your lower front teeth is actually what happens when it attaches to any where else it goes in your body .So brush, brush, brush!Al ot of bad disease's are found in the mouth first ,aids being one of them.small lines along sides of tongue, that have hair like folicals in them .Used to be a dental assistant we had to learn all this, cancer too comes in the form of some white spots, not all just some.
