  • My dd is three and will hopefully be asleep by 8p.m. I told her about the fireworks and that this year is coming to an end and a new one starts and that I will wake her up to sit by the window to watch it with her. She's really excited about it. Last year she slept through and I terribly missed sharing that moment with her. Just been sitting by her bedside and thinking of my family far away.

  • I always got out the pots and When 12 hits we all would go outside and bang 'em yelling " Happy New Years"!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! It's been our tradition. Our children are 33, 30 and 17.

  • as late as they want or can. I really see no need to be so strict that you can allow a kid to stay up once and a while.
