8wks pregnant and pregnancy symptoms are gone?

Do they go away so soon?

My boobs were so sensitive and sore and not anymore. I'm no longer nauseous, I don't have to pee so much anymore.

Last night I had horrible cramping..two episodes that lasted about 5minutes long and pain in abdomen when turning.
There's no bleeding.
A couple days ago I bleed a little after sex. It was small bright red blood and then it stop after I dabbed it with paper. I didn't have a cut or anything.

I am not sure what's going on or if its a sign of a miscarriage.

  • Not sure what to say cause I'm not a doc. I lost a baby around 2 mos and I too lost my pregnancy symptoms. I spotted a little and then it turned to bleeding. Then I passed clots. You might want to call your doc. It might be fine though. Maybe your lucky & will nave no symptoms with a healthy pregnancy. Let me know how you are.

  • You could be just fine. 25% of all pregnant women never get the classic signs.
The only part of your post that concerns me is the cramping but since it was only slight and did not continue, it might be nothing to worry about. How soon is your appointment with your care provider?

  • Oops sorry. The answer is already there. If it were me, I would hold off on sex.
